Cassie is a tropical forest ecologist, conservation biologist, and science communicator. She has a Master's degree in Conservation Biology from Columbia University and a PhD from Wake Forest University. She has extensive experience working in conservation in Indonesia. Cassie is currently the Director of Science Communication at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science in Miami, FL.
