Software tracks individual global warming emissions mongabay.com November 1, 2007
"Once you start the TerraCuro program, it becomes addictive because it's easy to use and delivers positive feelings along with a great sense of personal accomplishment," said company spokesperson, Jeffrey Scott. "Program users get rich information and clear guidance to make wise choices, then see positive results unfold right before their eyes", The company says the TerraCuro--Latin for Earth Care--is the most comprehensive of its kind, measuring over two dozen energy and CO2 areas for household, travel and business uses, giving users powerful new insights to make better energy choices. The program then closely monitors improvements in energy use and CO2 generation. The software accurately shows users where they stand today and has a goal setting feature to help keep users on track and let them know when "they've arrived". TerraCuro provides support and choices to help users cut energy costs and attain carbon neutral living, which the company claims is much easier than previously thought. The company says it only takes 15-minutes per week to make its climate program work. TerraCuro says it hopes to reduce 1 billion tons per year of greenhouse gas emissions the Earth's atmosphere http://www.terracuro.com
