Kolawole Talabi
Kolawole Talabi is an independent journalist who covers the environment, science, culture and development from his native country, Nigeria. He succinctly profiles himself as a ‘narrator practising data-driven journalism.’ During his four-year career, he has written original pieces for Al Jazeera English, Earth Journalism Network, Mongabay.com and SciDev.Net. In 2015, he received the special award of the Haller Prize for Development Journalism for the article ‘Nollywood: A Farce or Force in Development.’ He holds a degree in human geography and he enjoys eating fish.
