Iván Paredes Tamayo es periodista boliviano que trabaja desde hace 15 años en diferentes periódicos bolivianos. En los últimos ocho años ha incursionado en el periodismo de investigación en las áreas de medio ambiente, narcotráfico, contrabando, trata de personas, derechos humanos y derechos de género. Su trabajo ganó premios en Bolivia y participó en proyectos de periodismo colaborativo en el exterior. Uno de ellos es Tierra de Resistentes, que fue finalista del Premio Gabo.
