Gilbert Nakweya is a Kenyan science journalist who writes on matters sustainable development with a bias to Africa and emerging economies. He has extensively written on health, higher education, environment, conservation, climate change, biodiversity, energy, agriculture, data and technology. He holds a degree in Communication and Journalism from Kenya's Moi University. Nakweya is currently pursuing a Masters degree (Master of Arts) in Communication Studies, Development Communication major at the University of Nairobi.
