Patrícia Moll started working with gastronomy 16 years ago, still at Journalism University. She had her own agency for 7 years until 2019, called Coentro Comunica, where she helped a lot of bars, restaurants and food brands to become recognized and awarded. She was responsible for Slow Food Brasil communication for years. During this period, helped to create and produce events and festivals to promote native ingredients. Today, she works autonomously with communication and production of texts and scripts. She is also co-director of short documentaries about traditional communities and co-author of the book “Ceviche, from Pacific to the World”, published by Editora Senac São Paulo.
