Fanta Mabo
Keita Fanta Mabo is a passionate 26-year-old Cameroonian journalist with a solid academic foundation in journalism, backed by a Higher National Diploma (HND) from Siantou University Institute and a professional bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Buea, where she graduated with second-class honors. Her academic journey has been enriched by multiple internships, including stints at The Post Newspaper, CRTV Littoral and Royal FM, where she developed skills in writing articles, conducting interviews and presenting TV and radio programs. Her academic qualifications have made her proficient in digital communication, teamwork and using tools like MS Word and Excel.
Professionally, Keita has honed her expertise through hands-on experience in major media organizations. Since completing her studies, she has become a freelance journalist, regularly contributing articles and reports focusing on societal, educational and environmental issues. Her diverse experiences, from production roles at CRTV NEWS to reporting for Afrik Info Services, have shaped her career. She is driven by a vision of global solidarity, particularly in addressing climate change, and believes in the power of hard work to overcome global challenges.
