Amina Chombo

Amina Chombo is a Kenyan journalist and science reporter based in Mombasa with more than 15 years of experience in radio, television and digital media. Her work focuses on environment, climate change, public health and sustainable development particularly among coastal communities. She previously reported for the Voice of America (VOA) Swahili Service as a correspondent in Kenya’s Coast region. Through her reporting, she amplifies local voices and explores solutions to environmental and social challenges.
