Joint Human Rights Office-MONUSCO, DRC.   Dr. Albert Kwokwo Barume is a Congolese Lawyer, U.N. Security Council Expert, former Chairperson of the U.N. Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, Expert for the African Union on Indigenous Peoples Rights, and former Coordinator and Senior Specialist for ILO PRO 169 on Indigenous and Tribal Peoples.
